What is a SaaS User?
SaaS Users leverage our existing platform and pre-built workflows. This is ideal for standard business processes that don't require bespoke logic. All services are billed at regular rates starting from $100 per month per workflow.
How do you define a 'Workflow' and are there execution limits?
A workflow is defined as a single atomic operation described by one simple sentence (Subject + Verb + Object), without conjunctions or relative pronouns (like 'and', 'that', 'who', or 'where'). For example: 'Bot syncs dental records.' Complex business processes often consist of several such atomic workflows chained together. Because workflows are highly specific to your business and software stack, we offer workflow package discounts for multi-step automations. We recommend contacting us for a cost-free and obligation-free analysis to determine the most efficient structure for your needs. Best of all, every workflow includes unlimited runs for a flat monthly fee.
When should I choose the Standard model?
If your automation is core to your proprietary business value and you need to own the code and IP entirely, the Standard model is for you.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We believe in transparent, boring pricing. Partners and Users only pay for third-party API costs (like OpenAI usage) at cost, with no markup.
